Custom Home: Timeless Design

LifeStyle Homes owner Mike Arnett invited me to specify the exterior paint colors and interior finishes for his latest custom built 3,580 sq ft, four bedroom home that is now on the market.I'd love to show you what I chose for 
23525 SW Denali Lane in Sherwood!

Your first impression is a light filled space.   Overhead entry window, sidelights and 
glass French doors all flood light into this handsome entry. 
 

 I used warm grays, wheat,and mocha for an  easy to design-around color palette.  

Wainscoting and crown molding in the dining room are some of the extra details LifeStyle Homes are known for.

The mocha stained built-ins add high contrast in the great room and kitchen against the maple hardwood floors. The lighter floors lend themselves to using darker family friendly upholstery and area rugs.

Cooks Kitchen

Easy to care for Cesar Stone counter tops...gray on the island and speckled white on the cabinet run  counter tops...continues the crisp soothing color story.

Master Bath

  Diamond set floor tile, mosaic shower floor and tub back splash detail...carry 
the first floor timeless theme to the upper level.
