This blue is THE BLUE of the moment. All of the gurus of color and soothsayers of design are predicting the blues of the Mediterranean waters as the "it" blue of 2010. Erin over at The House of Turquoise has been on this wave for along time. Her site has all things blue and I have featured her from time to time. The reason I Love this room is that it is so unpredictable....the large marble black and cream checkerboard floor, the very elegant glass lined coiffured ceiling and chandelier...the crushed velvet sofa and drapes and the sepia toned outdoor mural a nod to centuries past....its obviously a commercial space...one that I would be happy to visit.
