The renderings above show the vision I had for the Regent apartments in NW Portland. I say had because once the bottom line was tallied up the dream was shelved. I had visions of a tired grand dame coming to life with layers of finery. Moldings, velvet draperies, mohair uphostery and art deco panels flanking the courtyard garden doors...it would have been beautiful!
