Paradise Valley & Van Gough

We had a wonderful week long vacation in Paradise Valley AZ at the JW Marriott  Resort and Spa.

One of my meditation instructors is an artist. Her name is Lu and she teaches painting workshops all over the world " Paint with Lu"

 We discussed art and developing your own style.  She said you must see Van Gough Alive at the Sceince center! 

So Dwight and I went and it was AMAZING!  Check out video below.
